The Adelaide Hills have predominantly grey brown or brown loamy
sands and clay loams.
Estate owns 20 acres of vineyards and is planted to the following
vineyards are situated 450 metres above sea level on a north/south
fruit is handpicked and harvest is generally in late March/April.
Estate also source select parcels of premium fruit that is also
hand picked and low irrigated to fulfill thier range of wines under
the Perrini Estate brand.
Eatate have production facilities, currently producing 100-500 tons
and with capacity to increase to 2000 tons.
