In 1997 they purchased a 35-acre property nested in the Adelaide
Hills, just east of the McLaren Vale wine region. They sold their
retail business to begin full time in their new venture, Perrini
Estate Wines.

The
People
Perrini Estate is a privately owned, family business. Through
maintaining direct control over the business and its future, great
emphasis is placed on providing commitmentand service to their customers
and producing premium wines.
Tony
Perrini - Winemaker and Managing Director
Tony Perrini is the Managing Director and Winemaker. As the
Winemaker for Perrini Estate, Tony's winemaking philosophy is to
produce handmade, quality wines that represent regional variety
and flavour. Tony uses traditional winemaking techniques, including
hand picking all of his fruit and using a basket press to hand press
his wines.
Tony
has studied winemaking, however, much of his experience comes from
practical experience and knowledge gained from his family in Italy.
The wineshow awards and wine reviews are testament to his success
and commitment as a premium winemaker. To date, Tony has achieved
two silver medals, one of which was International and twelve bronze
medals.
Connie
Perrini - Marketing Manager
Connie manages the cellar door at Perrini Estate and ensures
customers receive the highest level of customer service both at
cellar door and to the trade.
Connie
is responsiblefor providing marketing and promotional support to
their distributors and trade. With her extensive background in managing
a supermarket, Connie has the experience and knowledge to deliver
customer needs in a friendly, personal and professional manner.
The
Future
Perrini Estate is committed to maintaining control over their business
and future direction.
Perrini
Estate will continue to strengthen thier brand in the domestic market
through their distributors, particularly focusing on the on premise
market and key retail outlets throughout Australia. The cellar door
and vineyards of Perrini Estate will also be continually developed
and refined to assist in brand recognition.
Over
the next five years plans for growth further penetration into key
export markets such as the US, Asia and Europe.
The
ambition of Perrini Estate is to further penetrate international
markets amd produce specific wines for target markets/
